
Cheesemaking
So fun, yet so easy! A couple of years ago I decided to try making mozzarella, bought the 30 minute cheese kit from www.cheesemaking.com, used regular cows milk from the store and had wonderful success. Of course we had to make pizza to use the cheese on. We used the whey instead of water in the dough, it was the beginning of whey good bread.
Now that we have the goats we are venturing into cheddar, muenster, feta and strained yogurt. The fete turned out excellent, we are waiting on the results for the cheddar and muenster.
